JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner being an elected President of Village Education Committee of Village -Mandransare, P.S. -Sarwan, District -Deoghar under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme, has been running all welfare schemes including free education for the children with the held of other members. The Secretary of the Committee has to run the Scheme which provides mid -day meal to the children, but the Secretary of the Committee, Smt. Bhawani Roy, failed to execute the Scheme properly as she is absent from the school since 15.7.06. She has also not handed over the documents and other charges to any other teacher.

(2.) LEARNED J.C to G.P. -II submitted that the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar is the competent authority to look into the said grievance of the petitioner and to pass appropriate order and if the petitioner's representation is pending or he files a fresh representation, the same shall be considered by the said respondent and appropriate order shall be passed.
