JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both the sides.

(2.) This bail application filed on behalf of the Ram Shrestha Paswan @ Ram Shrashth Paswan who is in custody since 7/1/2024 in connection with C.I.D P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 62 of 2024 (N) for the offence registered under Ss. 15, 18, 22, 27, 27A, 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 pending in the Court of learned A.J.C. XVIII cum Spl. Judge, CID, Ranchi is pressed into motion.

(3.) As per the FIR, 1491.450 kg of Doda packed in 74 sacks was concealed in truck with sacks of rice which was seized by police. Petitioner was driving the said truck at the time of the said seizure.
