(2.) I.A. No.11761 of 2023 seeks condonation of delay of 306 days in instituting the letters patent appeal.

(3.) The original application contained no reasons whatsoever offering any explanation to show sufficient cause. Therefore, liberty was granted to the appellants to file supplementary affidavit.
