JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both the sides.

(2.) This bail application has been filed on behalf of Vivek Bhagat @ Vivek Kumar who is in custody since 8/9/2025 in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024 for the offence registered under Ss. 64(1), 82(1), 351(2), 3(5), 115(2) of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla.

(3.) F.I.R was lodged on 6/12/2024 with an allegation that since 2023 on false promise of marriage, the petitioner had physically and sexually exploited the prosecutrix and had also extorted a sum of Rs.60,000.00 from her.
