JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the surviving defects during course of the day.

Petitioner seeks extension of interim protection given to it by order dated 14.03.2016 passed in WPC No. 1001/2016 for approaching the Revisional Authority for any interim relief in respect of the main matter which is pending before the Revisional Authority where Memo No. 194 dated 22.01.2016 issued by the Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Jharkhand rejecting the extension of lease of Iron Ore and Manganese over an area of 640 acres at Mouza Baraiburu, Tatiba Singhbhum West under section 8A(6) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 as amended by the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 2015 is under challenge.
