JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 120B/201/109/423/424/467/468/469/471/477- A/419/421/409/506 Penal Code and Sec. 13(2) read with Sec. 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

(3.) From perusal of paragraph 2 of this anticipatory bail application, it appears that earlier the petitioner had moved this Court in Cr.M.P. No. 1953/2015 against the order taking cognizance, which is still pending. In the meanwhile, the petitioner had preferred A.B.A. No. 856/2016, which was rejected under order dated 03.10.2016 of this Court.
