JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the instant writ application, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for direction to the respondents for payment of Rs.21,250/ - which has been left in counting of General Provident Fund in the year 1999 -2000 and the essential Group Insurance in the year, April 1997 to April, 1999 as contained in Annexure -2 and arrear of bill in year 1997 to 1999.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher and retired on 31.07.2004 as a Head Master.

(3.) Learned J.C. to A.A.G does not have serious objection to that course of action.
