JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 2469/Giridih dated 24.11.2014 issued by the District Superintendent of Education, whereby, the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Trained Teacher has been rejected on the ground that the necessary certificates and testimonials of the petitioner were not deposited within the time frame.

(2.) The petitioner was working as a Para Teacher in Lakshmi Narayan Vidya Mandir, Middle School, Dhansar, Dhanbad. She applied for the post of Intermediate Trained Teacher for Class I to V in the District of Giridih pursuant to Advertisement No. 5/2015 dated 07.07.2015. The petitioner was declared successful in the second provisional merit list and her name appeared at Sl. No. 132. The petitioner submitted all the documents, except Residential Certificate. The candidature of the petitioner was rejected vide the impugned order. This gives the cause of action for filing the present writ petition.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that she was born in the District of Dhanbad and did her schooling from Lakshmi Narayan Vidya Mandir, Middle School, Dhansar, Dhanbad and passed her matriculation in the year 1998 from SSLNT Government Girls' High School, Dhanbad. She had completed her Intermediate in the year 2000 form SSLNT Mahilla College, Dhanbad and also B.com form the said College. It is also submitted that she was appointed as a Para Teacher in LNVM, Middle School, Dhansar, where she is performing her duty till date.
