JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs : -

(2.) From perusal of Annexures -A to E as annexed with the counter affidavit filed by the Respondents, it appears that the respondents had admitted the claim of the petitioner and ordered for payment of the same. But inspite of the same, uptill now, no payment made to the petitioner.

(3.) Under the said circumstance, I direct respondent nos. 3 and 4 to make payment of the legal dues of the petitioner as per Annexures - A to E within Three Months from the date of production of this order by the petitioner.
