BHULU ORAON Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Concededly the case of all the present seven applicant - appellants namely, Bhulu Oraon @ Bhalu Oraon, Lodha Pahan @ Lodha Oraon, Maru Oraon, Phiru Bhagat @ Fira Bhagat @ Firu Kharia, Rajesh Oraon, Bhouka Oraon and Mani Oraon on fact is at par than that of other six persons namely, Tuylu @ Karma Oraon @ Tuylu Oraon, Lohar Indwar, Bhata Oraon, Dasain Oraon, Karma Oraon and Sanjhu @ Sanjai Oraon, who have been granted the concession of suspension of sentence vide order dated 08.04.2016 passed by the Co -ordinate Bench of this Court in two different appeals being Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 867 of 2014 and Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 749 of 2014.

(2.) Viewed thus, the instant application also deserves to be allowed as prayed for. Let all the seven applicants -appellants namely, Bhulu Oraon @ Bhalu Oraon, Lodha Pahan @ Lodha Oraon, Maru Oraon, Phiru Bhagat @ Fira Bhagat @ Firu Kharia, Rajesh Oraon, Bhouka Oraon and Mani Oraon be released on bail, during the pendency of the instant appeal, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/ - (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge -III, Gumla, in connection with S. T. No. 241 of 2006.
