JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since, both the anticipatory bail applications arise out of and the same case, hence they are taken up together and disposed of by common order.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jugsalai (Bagbera) P.S. Case No. 323 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 3392 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
