JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead Shushanti Hansda as O.P. No. 2 along with Dhanmunu Murmu, mother of Shushanti Hansda, as O.P. No. 3.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(3.) Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 214 of 2016 registered under Sections 376/420/323/484 on the basis complaint made by Dhanmunu Murmu before the Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, Vide Complaint Petition No. 34 of 2016.
