JUDGEMENT

(1.) At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the description of respondent no. 1. It is stated that now in place of Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Jharkhand Urja Vikas Nigam Limited is the proper party.

(2.) Let necessary correction be done during the course of the day.

(3.) Petitioner along with six other employees engaged on contractual basis were appointed on regular basis vide notification dated 29.01.2009. The said notification has been stayed by the impugned order dated 26.02.2009.
