(2.) This interlocutory application has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 159 of the Jharkhand High Court Rules for exemption of surrender.

(3.) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in fact an amount of Rs. 2,80,000/- which was the disputed amount has been brought, by way of a drafts, by the learned counsel for the petitioner to be handed over to the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
