JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent No. 5 as Aanganwari Sewika.

(2.) The main ground taken by the petitioner, in her writ application, is that, no Aam Sabha was held and respondent No. 5 has been appointed illegally. Further ground taken by the petitioner is that respondent No. 5 is more than 40 years of age, on the date of appointment, which is against the provision of Rules for such appointment.

(3.) Heard the counsel for the parties.
