(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 406/408 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) It appears from the record that prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court on 02.05.2013.
