JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The order of blacklisting for a period of 5 years inflicted upon the petitioner, a registered (Schedule of Rate) contractor vide Annexure-6 and 6/1 dated 26th April, 2013 are under challenge in the writ petition.

(3.) After hearing counsel for the parties on 19th Sept., 2014, notices were issued on the limited question of quantum of period of blacklisting of petitioner.
