JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners in both the writ petitions are aggrieved by the resolution dated 11th April, 2016 whereunder, according to the petitioners, the State Government has taken away 50% quota in P.G. Medical Degree Course for admission to in -service candidates and confined it only to the P.G. Diploma Course.

(2.) In W.P.(C) No.2282 of 2016 petitioner has also made a prayer for preparation of fresh merit list after according the weightage granted to the in -service candidates for rendering their services in remote and difficult area in degree and diploma courses both as per the MCI notification dated 15 th February, 2012.

(3.) An interlocutory application being I.A. No.3273/2016 has been filed in W.P.(C) No.2164/2016 seeking an interim relief in similar terms passed by the Apex Court in S.L.P. (Civil) No.13832/2016 vide order dated 12th May, 2016.
