SANJAY KUMAR @ MUNNA Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner Sanjay Kumar @ Munna has filed the petition under Sec. 482, Cr PC with two folds prayer.

(2.) Mr. P.C. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not inclined to press the prayer for quashing the entire criminal prosecution of the petitioner at this stage. Prayer is allowed.

(3.) With regard to the impugned order dated 26.5.2006 passed by the Additional Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in Sessions Trial No. 353/1996, which is drawn in the following manner to which English transaction is produced.
