(2.) THIS application is directed against the order dated 25.1.2005 passed in Title Partition Suit No. 39 of 1998 whereby, the amendment petition filed by the defendant -petitioner has been rejected by the Subordinate Judge -IV, Dhanbad.

(3.) I do not find any merit in this writ application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
