JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) PETITIONER has filled this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to recruit him in Army in General duty. His case is that he was never at fault in completion of the formalities rather the respondents did not complete the same expeditiously and the petitioner cannot be made to suffer.

(3.) NO rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to the said statements made in the counter affidavit which was filed way back on 18.7.2005.
