JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. No body appears on behalf of the State.

(2.) THE petitioners, who are accused for offences under Section 498 -A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pray for anticipatory bail expressing apprehension of their arrest in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2005.

(3.) CONSIDERING the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed. Both the petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to surrender themselves before the Court below within fifteen days from today, and on their surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2005 arising out of G.R. No. 153 of 2005, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr PC.
