JUDGEMENT

(1.) The accused appeals.

(2.) The appellant, Pradip Tirkey, was accused of murdering Charia Orain (D-1) and Somi Orain (D-2) at 4.00 p.m. on 16.4.1997. The trial Judge framed a charge against him under Sec. 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He found him guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment for life. This appeal is against the said conviction and sentence.
