JUDGEMENT

(1.) WHEN this case was taken up, Mr. Jitendra S. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are some typographical mistakes in paragraphs 2, 5, 6 and 11 of the writ petition, which are of minor in nature and therefore he may be permitted to correct the same.

(2.) PRAYER is allowed. Mr. Jitendra S. Singh is permitted to correct the typographical error.

(3.) THE petitioner appears to be licensee and retail dealer of country made liquor as it appears from the receipt showing deposit of license fee on 26.3.2003.
