JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel representing the petitioners and learned counsel representing the respondents.

(2.) In this writ petition, the petitioners are praying for upgradation of their pay in the pay scale of Rs.9,300.00 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400.00. The petitioners are further praying for revision of the pay scale w.e.f. the date of appointment and also for payment of arrears thereof.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioners that in view of Resolution as contained in Memo No.3589 dtd. 17/12/2007 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) and Resolution dtd. 28/2/2009 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition), the petitioners are entitled to get the relief.
