JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Court vide order dtd. 1/12/2025, had directed the Deputy Commissioner, Godda, to remain present before this Court.

(2.) An interlocutory application being I.A. No.16511 of 2025 has been preferred on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, Godda Ms. Anjali Yadav, seeking permission to appear through virtual mode to assist this Court, as she is unable to appear in person before this Court, due to ongoing winter session of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly.

(3.) Considering the averment made in the interlocutory application, the virtual appearance of Deputy Commissioner, Godda, is accepted.
