JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for O.P. Nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) IN this application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 18.11.1999 passed by learned Sub -Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur at Deoghar, in P.C.R. Case No. 199 of 1999, whereby and whereunder the complaint filed by the petitioner had been dismissed under section 203 of Cr.P.C.

(3.) THE complainant -petitioner had filed a complaint case being P.C.R. Case No. 199 of 1999, in which it was stated that the petitioner being a Marginal Farmer was provided loan by the Bihar State Cooperative Land Development Bank Ltd, Madhupur Branch to purchase diesel engine pump set and the loan was to be paid in installments. It has been stated that the installments were regularly paid and the pass book was closed and an endorsement to that effect was also made in the passbook. It is alleged that on 25/26.5.1999, opposite party nos. 2 and 3 came to the house of the petitioner and made wrongful demands and on refusal he was forcibly confined in the bank campus and his signature was taken on some blank and printed papers and he was also threatened that false cases shall be instituted against him.
