JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both these bail applications arise out of the same case and as such, they are taken up together and disposed of by this common order. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution, as also learned counsel for the informant.

(2.) The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 306/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Kowali P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1060 of 2015.

(3.) The case relates to murder of sister of the informant at her in -laws' place by burning. It is alleged that the accused persons, including the petitioners, who are brother -in -law and nephews -in -law, have committed the murder by burning her and thereafter she was brought to T.M. Hospital, Jamshedpur, where she died on 11.4.2015.
