JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, as also learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.

(2.) The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 3.11.2006 passed by Sri S. Mandal, learned Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in C-Case No. 97 of 2006, whereby prima facie offence under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code has been found against the petitioner. The petitioner has also prayed for quashing the entire criminal case against him in the said complaint case.

(3.) Perusal of the complaint petition shows that there is dispute between two members of the Employees Union of Life Insurance Corporation.
