BHAGIRATH MAHTO Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application has been filed for a direction upon the Respondents to transfer the petitioner from Chatra Jail to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Central Jail, Hazaribag. Petitioner further prayed that a direction be given to the concerned Authority for producing him in different Courts of Chatra through Video Conference System. It appears that during the pendency of this writ application, petitioner has already been transferred to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Central Jail, Hazaribag, thus, first prayer made by the petitioner has become infructuous. So far second prayer is concerned, it is stated at paragraph No. 8 of this writ application that petitioner is involved in Piparwar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2008 pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chatra, Piparwar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2011 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Jr. Division -VI, Chatra, Simariya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2008 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, Simariya P.S. Case No. 35 of 2003 pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chatra and Simariya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2006 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Jr. Division -I, Chatra. All these cases are pending at Chatra, but no application filed by the petitioner in Chatra Courts that he should be produced through Video Conference System.

(2.) Under the said circumstance, I direct the petitioner to file application before different Courts at Chatra for redressal of his grievance. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
