JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Sarvendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shekhar Sinha, learned counsel for the State.

(2.) No one appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 in spite of valid service of notice.

(3.) In this application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding in connection with Balidih P. S. Case No. 6 of 2012 including the order dated 19.03.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro by which cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
