JUDGEMENT

(1.) Aggrieved by order dated 24.11.2014 by which the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the Institution Roll, the present writ petition has been filed.

(2.) The petitioner took admission in the Academic Session 201416 on 06.06.2014 in M.B.A. course however, he did not submit the Migration Certificate at the time of admission.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents on record.
