JUDGEMENT

(1.) BOTH these applications arise out of the same case and as such they are being disposed of by this common order.

(2.) HEARD learned counsels for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State Vigilance.

(3.) THE petitioners have been made accused in connection with Special Case No. 66 of 2010, corresponding to Vigilance P.S. Case No. 49 of 2010, for the offence under Sections 420, 120 -B, 467, 468, 471, 109, 409, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2) and 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
