JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) IN this writ application the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to pay the death cum retirement benefits of her husband and for compassionate appointment of her son, Raju Singh.

(3.) MR . R. Krishna, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that steps have already been taken to pay all the admissible death cum retiral dues/benefits to the petitioner and amounts on several heads have already been sanctioned and the same are in process for payment and are expected to be paid shorty.
