JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE appellant writ petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary from 12.8.1985 to 6.12.1992 for the post of Junior Electrical Engineer and the benefits of selection grade and to maintain his seniority. 1999(9) SCC 173 by his order dated 16.4.2004. Being aggrieved by the said order of the learned Single Judge the appellant -petitioner has preferred this appeal.

(3.) WE find no merit in this appeal which is, accordingly, dismissed.
