JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The grievance of the petitioners in this application is that the Court below without appreciating the fact and law involved in the case and without applying his judicial mind, in a mechanical manner, rejected the prayer for discharge of the petitioners by dismissing the petition, filed by the petitioners.

(3.) The relevant facts of the case are as under: The O.P.No.2 Farida Khatoon filed a complaint before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur against her husband and. her in-laws for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 498 A and 406 of . the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
