JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner has prayed for quashing the re -constitution of the Panchayat on the ground that the village of the petitioner, namely, Gadarpara, has been illegally carved out from the erstwhile Damdama Panchayat and has been amalgamated into newly constituted Panchayat, namely Birkitti Gram Panchayat on extraneous considerations.

(3.) WITH the above direction this writ application is disposed of.
