JUDGEMENT

(3.) THIS appeal arose out of the suit which was instituted by the respondents against the appellant. The respondents -plaintiffs sought a decree declaring that the purported enquiry against him is illegal, malacious and without jurisdiction and that no action can be taken on the basis of the said enquiry. The plaintiff - respondent had also prayed for an injunction restraining the defendant from taking any action against him on the basis of the said enquiry and on the basis of the charge sheet dated 12.7.1997 served on him.
