JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) IN this writ application the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of his admitted retiral dues including the amount of group saving scheme, leave encashment, general provident fund, arrears of difference of pay, arrears of pension and other retiral dues with interest.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that steps have been taken, for payment of all admitted retiral dues to the petitioner and amount on several heads have already been sanctioned and the amounts regarding the other claims are also in process and are expected to be paid shortly.
