JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) PETITIONER seeks direction upon the respondents particularly State of Jharkhand for release of arrears of salary on the basis of the order dated 24.6.2003 passed in W.P. (S) No. 6693 of 2002 and also the order dated 16.10.2004 passed by the Chancellor of the University.

(3.) MR . Piprawall submitted that pay fixation order has already been passed by the Chancellor of the University and a direction has been issued to the Director, Higher Education, Human Resource Development for the release of the amount.
