JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kurdeg P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sec. 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Simdega.

(3.) Between the intervening period of 01/2/8/2023, theft was committed in the house of the Informant. Unknown thieves took away Rs.55,000.00 in cash, jewelleries and other articles.
