JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Basia P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023, registered under Ss. 379, 411, 34 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Gumla.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 namely, Guddu Sahu has been arrested during pendency of this petition. He submits that he is not pressing the petition on behalf of petitioner no.1.
