JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 100 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sec. 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.

(3.) On 19/7/2023, Informant was waylaid by two persons near Jamshedpur Marine Drive and looted away his mobile phone and other articles.
