JUDGEMENT

(1.) Complainant informant Opposite Party No.2 has appeared through Advocate.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State as also learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.

(3.) The petitioners have filed this application for quashing the F.I.R and the entire criminal proceeding against them in connection with Ramgarh P.S Case No.167 of 2014, corresponding to G.R No.1815 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 498-A, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
