JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) IN the present case, according to the petitioner, though he was appointed as Para Teacher by decision of the Village Education Committee meeting held on 24th April, 2007, Annexure -2, and he had worked thereafter and has also been paid honorarium till June, 2008, the honorarium is not being paid thereafter till date.

(3.) IT is submitted that the petitioner was sent on training and during the said period one Rajendra Prasad Gupta was illegally appointed as Para Teacher in his place. He has been making representation before the respondent authorities and also preferred a Miscellaneous Appeal before the Deputy Commissioner, Koderma, but the same was dismissed by directing him to approach the concerned authority with a representation.
