JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner has approached this Court for regularization of his services on the post of Assistant Master (Computer Science) on the strength of his claim that he has been working on the basis of his selection pursuant to the advertisement issued at 07.11.2007 by the Netarhat Residential School, Netarhat.

(3.) THE respondents, therefore, have taken this plea that the petitioner having unsuccessful in the selection exercise cannot claim for regularization for the post of Assistant Master (Computer Science) on his claim that he has been working since 2008.
