JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) No one appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, although notice has been served upon him.

(3.) In the present application, a prayer has been made for quashing the order dated 24.02.2010 by dint of which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323/380/385/504/34 of the I.P.C. in connection with Chakradharpur P. S. Case No. 125 of 2005.
