(2.) This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred by the appellant (original petitioner) against the judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(S) No.1769 of 2004 dated 25.02.2010.

(3.) Thus, both these Letters Patent Appeals have been preferred against the order passed in writ petition and order passed in civil review.
