JUDGEMENT

(1.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.(S) No. 1221 of 2011 dated 23.06.2011, whereby the petitioner was given liberty to file fresh representation and the respondents were directed to consider the fresh representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned order within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation and further, if the petitioner's claim is found genuine and identical to Raj Bihari Singh, the admitted amount of arrears as difference of pay be paid to the petitioner within two months thereafter and if the admissible dues/arrears are not paid within the said period, the petitioner shall be entitled to get interest @ 10% per annum till final payment.

(2.) The petitioner is represented by the learned counsel Mr. Rajendra Prasad, the opposite party-State is represented by the learned counsel Mr. S.K.Verma, Sr. S.C.-I, the opposite party SKM University is represented by the learned Senior Counsel Md. Sohail Anwar and the opposite party-Nilamber-Pitamber University is represented by the learned counsel Mr. Prabhash Kumar.

(3.) With regard to the creation of pension fund in all the Universities, on 27.08.2012 this Court passed the following order:-
