JUDGEMENT

(1.) 02/21.05.2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

(2.) THE petitioners are father -in -law and mother -in -law of the complainant/informant, who have been implicated in connection with Baharagora P. S. Case No. 46 of 2014 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 218 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A/406/324/109/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ghatsila.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
